Return Window: We accept returns within 1 year of the date you receive your item(s).
Eligibility: Items must be undamaged and in original condition to be eligible for return.
Quality Issues: If the return is due to a quality issue or defect, we will provide a full refund and cover both outbound and return shipping costs.
Personal Preference Returns: If the return is due to personal preference (no quality issue), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing: Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement and before shipment will receive a full refund promptly.
Custom/Personalized Orders: For custom or personalized products that have not yet been shipped, a refund of 60% of the order total will be issued. Custom orders that have already shipped are not eligible for return.
